Mr. Singai G. Ramachandran, from Coimbatore, is an alumnus of PSG College of Technology (ECE) and IIM Ahmedabad, and was among the first active members of our Entrepreneurs Club. Right from his student days, he believed in building rather than following, a choice that shaped his inspiring journey.

Turning down corporate placements, he founded The Social Media Company, a Chennai-based digital marketing and creative agency trusted by brands like Rapido, Havmor, and Vummidi Bangaru Jewellers. His earlier stint at FACE (Focus Academy for Career Enhancement) saw him rise to head the Tamil Nadu region, proving his ability to lead, strategize, and scale operations.

At just 18 years old, he entered politics through the AIADMK Youth Wing. His commitment and energy earned him the role of Secretary of the IT Wing (2016) under the late Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa, where he transformed the party’s digital presence. On 25 December 2024, he was elevated as State Secretary of the Student Wing, reinforcing his place as one of the most dynamic young leaders in state politics.

Carrying forward the legacy of his father, former MLA Singai Govindarasu, Ramachandran has shown how entrepreneurship, technology, and public service can go hand in hand. His journey reflects the courage to choose differently and the drive to create meaningful change—both in business and society.
